Clear Phone Cache

  • Start by shutting your phone down.
  • Then, press the Volume Up, Home, and Power Button simultaneously for a couple of seconds.
  • You will end up on a new menu screen, and use your volume down button to select Wipe Cache Partition with the Power Button.
  • Wait for the process to end, and reboot your phone.

Hard Reset

You will do same steps as above, but this time you will choose the Wipe Data / factory Reset. The phone will take a moment to do the procedure, and your phone will automatically restart.

Now your touchscreen will work normally afterwards.
