- Access your phone by unlocking from the lock screen.
- Swipe up, and there is an icon that switches from portrait to landscape.
- Click on that logo, and the function should be now available
If it didn’t work, you can perform a factory reset first, but you have to remember to back up your files first. There are various methods you can go about factory reset. You can do it from the phone, or from your desktop. We are not going to tackle about that since it is another whole topic in itself.
